How to activate the payment gateway? It only takes 4 steps:

1. Fill out the form and accept the agreement

Before getting started, have the following ready:

 

· Required company registration documents

· Company ID number (IČO, DIČ)

· Power of attorney (if applicable)

· An active website that meets PayU’s requirements

Make a verification transfer

This is necessary to confirm that the bank account belongs to you. Make the transfer from your business account. If you run a sole proprietorship, you can use a personal account — just ensure your name is visible on the confirmation.

 

Why do we verify your company?

The company verification process is a standard practice that allows us to ensure the highest level of security for transactions processed through our platform. Verification is required both for technological and legal reasons, primarily in accordance with AML (Anti-Money Laundering) regulations.

Set up your store in the Merchant Panel

After your agreement is accepted, you will receive an email with access to the panel. There, you’ll find instructions on how to add your store and start selling. You can also refer to the Merchant Panel user guide for detailed guidance.

Make your first payment

Once your first transaction is completed, we begin verifying your company. At this stage, you can accept payments up to 15.000 CZK.

 

Important!
During this time, the transaction status will show as Pending. Do not ship orders until the status changes to Completed. If the verification is unsuccessful, the funds will be returned to the buyer.
